The below desperate man succumbing to the fallacious arguments that were initially presented by the Communists in Russia and Nazi Germany.  The people were desperate and pushed in to agreeing with whoever came along that had a positive spin.  This man, I believe, is desperate and although well intentioned, doesn’t really understand that legalizing this is only going to put the next drug (“harsh drug”) in to the status the marijuana enjoys today.   The cartels across the border don’t care what they deal in.  They care only about the profit.  Heroine is just as easy and cocaine is ready many forms.  The reality is that the geographies that HAVE legalized it have an increase in crime due to, what amounts to, institutionalized advertising.  The reason that the the government may WANT to make it legal is not to “make money” through taxes, but to make money through promulgation and increase of head count in UN “social” programs.  You see.  The drug and crimes associated with distribution aren’t really milking enough from you the tax payer, so now they have to go another rout. Conversely, the drug dealers aren’t making enough “just” from drugs alone.  They are multi tasking.  People trafficing seems to be where it’s at, along side the drugs.  They go hand in hand.  It’s a 2 for 1 stop.  Get your drug and a girl all at the same place.  No need to go to a few different “distributors.”  It’s a special type of Wal Mart.

The drug dealers are crippling those who are their patronage.  Yet, the victims of this brain damage are so addicted that they protect their perpetrators.

Here is another – absolutely true.  But let the “government official” pot heads tell you that the only way is to legalize it.  Why not just give up our sovereignty as a nation, because it’s too hard to keep it.  Think about it.  Isn’t it just because the fed has been  inept at the punishments and deterrents?

The real reason why LAW enforcement isn’t working on drugs, is because there is no real “punishment.”  It’s more lucrative to continue the idea that the drug trade can’t be fixed, then to create a penal code with punishments and deterrents that MAKE SENSE.    Instead, the politician give politically correct lip service and g-d forbid you stand up and call them liars and inept.

California ‘High Risk’ Prisoners Wrongly Released Due to Computer Errors

Vodpod videos no longer available.

Published May 26, 2011

SACRAMENTO –  Computer errors resulted in some 450 inmates with “a high risk for violence” being wrongly released from California prisons, the Los Angeles Times reported in its Thursday edition.

On top of the 450, more than 1,000 prisoners, deemed to be at high risk of committing drug and property crimes, were also released into the community.

All the offenders were placed on “non-revocable parole” — a program that does not require them to report to parole officers. The program, which started in January 2010, was intended for inmates considered to be at low risk of reoffending.

Reviewing 200 case files of the 10,134 former inmates on non-revocable parole last July, investigators uncovered that 31 were not eligible for the program, while nine of the 31 were deemed likely to commit a violent crime.

It was estimated, using a 15 percent error rate found in the sample, that more than 450 violent prisoners were let go in the program’s first seven months.

However, the findings were disputed by prison officials who said that some of the computer glitches had since been corrected, making the margin of error eight percent, according to a report by the inspector general.

None of the wrongly-released offenders have since been placed on supervised parole or returned to jail, inspector general spokeswoman Renee Hansen said.

Authorities declined to name the concerned prisoners and would not say what crimes they had committed.

On Monday, a divided Supreme Court ordered California to reduce prison overcrowding, a decision that could force the release of tens of thousands of inmates.

Father of murdered 5 year old boy – Vows to KILL the MURDERER

March 10, 2011

The father is justified.

The JUSTICE system has failed.

The reason for LAW is to tame the chaos that NORMAL society functions in.

When the Law fails to execute Justice, and chaos continues to flourish, then the LAW has become useless to that society.  There is no REASON for the LAW.

Laws are effective when it creates JUSTNESS in society.  When society sees that there is Justice, then the NORMAL people within the society are at peace to hand over their need for vengeance.  However, when JUSTICE is not EXECUTED, then people within the society become victimized.  A victim of any crime is more likely to become a perpetrator of the SAME crime or, more often, a lesser crime, but some, become perpetrators of crimes that are worse.  A victim can also become a serial victim, but that is a more passive aggressive type and is characteristic more of females than males.  But, even if, no one is seemingly hurt, it’s not true.  Victims of crime, big offenses or little offenses, react.  They react on the ones closest to them.  Their wives, children, kids, and co -workers.

My sadness is for this father.  He is the one who’s lived with this curse for all this time.  All this time that the father would have been seeing his some grow up.  Instead he gets to see this EVIL thing age.  He breathes.  He sees.  He waits.  This thing will leave prison to murder again.  Everyone knows it.  An animal that can EAT his own, WILL murder again.

At the very least this PSYCHO should have been PUT DOWN

To KILL is to take a life for a higher purpose.  To kill an animal to eat it is just.  To kill a man, because he is attacking you, is just.  To put down an animal when it’s a known murderer is just.  But a MURDER is not a justifiable act.

The BIBLE says – murder, because it has words for killing all over it.  The words are important.  Thats why there are many different Jewish understandings / translations.

Father vows revenge on murderer who killed his son in 1975: ‘I’ll kill him’ if he’s paroled early

Michael Woodmansee was convicted in 1982 of killing 5-year-old Jason Foreman in South Kingstown, R.I. Woodmansee killed the boy in 1975 and kept his bones stashed in his parent’s house.

Jason Foreman's father, John, has vowed to exact revenge on Woodmansee if he is released from prison early.

Jason Foreman’s father, John, has vowed to exact revenge on Woodmansee if he is released from prison early.

The father of a boy brutally slain in Rhode Island 36 years ago, says he’s going to kill his son’s murderer if he gets out of prison early for good behavior.

John Foreman, whose 5-year-old son Jason was murdered by Michael Woodmansee in South Kingstown in one of the most horrific cases in the state’s history, vowed to take revenge “as aggressively and painfully as he killed my son…

“I do intend, if this man is released anywhere in my vicinity, or if I can find him after the fact, I do intend to kill this man,” Foreman told Providence’s WPRO-AMradio on Monday.

Woodmansee was convicted of second-degree murder in 1982 and sentenced to 40 years in prison. He could get out as early as August, the Providence Journalreported.

In the interview, Foreman blamed himself, calling his decision to accept a plea deal that avoided a painful public trial “spineless.”

“I’ve got myself to blame for that … allowing him to be released early to become a predator to someone else,” Foreman told the station. “I’m to blame for all that and I’ll make that right.

“I cannot think; I cannot sleep. All I think about is trying to find a way to get to this man to kill him.”

Jason Foreman‘s disappearance in May 1975 touched off a nationwide search across several states.

Woodmansee, who was 16 at the time, killed the child on the day he went missing, luring the boy into his home and stabbing him in the chest with a kitchen knife.

Woodmansee kept the body stashed at his parent’s house for several years. He was finally busted in 1982 after he tried to strangle a 14-year-old paperboy.

After Woodmansee confessed, police found Foreman’s shellacked bones in a box on top of his bedroom dresser.

Years later, he told police he had been thinking about what it would be like to kill someone and suspected he could get away with it.

Foreman’s family was taking the father’s pledge seriously.

“I think he’ll do it, and that scares me a lot,” Foreman’s son, John, told Providence TV station WJAR, adding he was 100% sure his father would “go after” Woodmansee.

Amy Kempe, a spokeswoman for Rhode Island Attorney General Peter Kilmartin, said the attorney general is outraged that Woodmansee may get sprung early and has asked authorities to keep him locked up.

Mexican Drug Cartel’s rent apartments as bases for recruitment

January 8, 2011

They are only “alleging this now?”

This has been going on for decades.

When I lived in Queens, a little yellow house across the highway from where I lived was a known drug outpost.  It was of HISPANIC origin and since I didn’t know enough, at the time, I would not have know the difference between Mexican or otherwise.  They recruited many young men for drug distribution and young women for prostitution.  They were very diversified.  The cops knew it, but did absolutely NOTHING.

Political correctness tied the hands of the white cops.  If they came near the place, they would scream racism.  But they were the racists.  They HATED all the white people around them.  Their anger at the POOR white people was that they were taking their money from the government distribution.  They thought that if there were less white people, then they would get MORE in their checks.  It didn’t matter that most of the white people in those areas were not even in America when the slavery issue occurred.   They were from Russia or from other locations  – like Latvia and even Serbia.  All they knew was that they were “white.”

Political Correctness is another way to endorse government sanctioned racism and discrimination against  people.  And don’t think for one second that they wouldn’t turn on you in a heartbeat, if they thought that turning on you would get them votes.

These are the things that happen with an UNCONSTITUTIONAL (and FLUID) government.  It becomes fluid to the ones that sweeten the waters.

U.S. Alleges Mexican Drug Cartel Rented Apartments in U.S. to Recruit Young Americans

By Edwin Mora

( – An assistant U.S. attorney told that a federal judge will hear a criminal case later this month involving an offshoot of the Tijuana cartel that is believed to be setting up operations in the United States to recruit young Americans for drug trafficking.

The case shows that U.S. drug cartels are attempting to extend their operations into the United States.

Todd Robinson, the assistant U.S. attorney who will prosecute the alleged drug ring at the U.S. District Court of the Southern District of California, said he expects the federal judge who will hear the case on Jan. 26 to set a trial date on that day.

According to the 86-page indictment, Mexican drug cartels have rented apartments in the United States under a franchise scheme aimed at recruiting young Americans into their illicit activities, coordinating drug trafficking operations, as well as kidnapping and extortion on both sides of the southwest border.

The case to be heard stemmed from a long-term investigation dubbed “Operation Luz Verde” (green light), that began in November 2009. The probe was conducted by the multi-agency San Diego Cross Border Violence Task Force and it reportedly revealed state and federal crimes, including murder, kidnapping, firearms and drug trafficking.

Investigators used court-authorized wiretaps to capture 50,000 phone calls over a six-month period that led to a case against 43 suspects, including some Mexican police officers and top officials, such as Jesus Quinones Marquez, the director of International Liaison for the Baja California Attorney General’s Office.

In that position, Marquez is one of the primary Mexican liaison officials providing information to U.S. law enforcement officers. According to the investigation, Marquez used his position to provide the drug cartel Fernandez Sanchez Organization (FSO) with confidential law enforcement information. He also allegedly arranged the arrest of FSO rivals by Mexican authorities.

The Justice Department indictment was unsealed in late July 2010 and charges 43 defendants with taking part in a federal racketeering conspiracy (Title 18, U.S. Code, Section 1962(d)). In the complaint, the 43 alleged culprits are said to be members of the FSO, which is an offshoot of the Arellano-Felix drug trafficking ring based in Tijuana.

According to the complaint, FSO “is a transnational drug organization with integrated narcotics and enforcement operations in the United States and Mexico.”

It is described as a “powerful organization that controls drug distribution and other illegal activities in the U.S. and Mexico, and which has increasingly committed acts of violence in Tijuana, San Diego County, and the greater Los Angeles area to expand its influence.”

The hierarchy of command under the leadership of Fernando Sanchez Arellano is comprised of five distinct groups: lieutenants, underbosses, corrupt Mexican officials, crew leaders, and crew members.

According to the wiretaps and secret informants, the Fernando Sanchez Organization was operating out of a San Diego apartment it referred to as “The Office.”

The criminal complaint states that Mexican drug cartels are recruiting young Americans in an effort to keep their drug trafficking operations under the radar, including using young women as drug mules to cross from Mexico into the United States.

These “mules” allegedly were paid $100 per trip to smuggle quarter-pound loads of methamphetamine across the border.

The San Diego criminal enterprise also was recruiting members of U.S.-based Latino street gangs, both illegal immigrants and U.S. citizens, and former Mexican police officers, according to the indictment.

Most of the gang members operating in the San Diego office of the accused Mexican cartel are Latino, some illegal aliens and others U.S. citizens, according to the criminal complaint.

The investigation found that the criminal group had safe houses, distributed illicit drugs, trafficked in guns and other weapons, laundered money, committed robberies, and collected drug debts. When debtors failed to pay, they were kidnapped or targeted with execution on both sides of the southwest border.

In one instance, according to the investigation, the accused drug enterprise “placed the defaced headstone of two murder victims in the victims’ family courtyard with a threatening message” in an effort to publicize its enforcement capabilities.

During this investigation, the U.S. Department of Justice for the first time used communication towers on the U.S. side of the border to capture and monitor phone and radio communications used by Mexican drug cartels in the border area and thus were able to show that Mexican drug cartels are moving to expand their grasp into U.S. territory.

Washington – Seattle has a real life super hero – HE IS TOO COOL!

We NEED MORE super hero’s.

Screw that liberals that say “everyone is a super hero”

THIS is a GOOD person.  Doing something that IS heroic and it take bigger balls to go to this place to do it.  This guy is, at least for tonight, my hero.

He doesn’t have super powers, but he dresses like a superhero.

Seattle residents are becoming familiar with an anonymous crime fighter known only as “Phoenix Jones.” Like a comic book star, he has a skin-tight suit and caries weapons such as a taser and pepper spray. And he recently rescued a man going through a car jacking:

KIRO reports:

KIRO 7 Eyewitness News reporter Monique Ming Laven met him.

“My name is Phoenix Jones,” said the man.

The man is the hero Dan’s been trying to tell his friends about.“

People are saying, ‘No way, dude, you were probably drunk,’” said Dan.

But the superhero sounded familiar to Ming Laven. She had heard about how he and the other eight members of his Rain City Superhero crime fighting movement walk the street, eyes out for crime and prepared to fight it.On Monday night, the fully-clad superhero and Dan met.

“That’s crazy. Nice to meet you, brother. Nice to meet you. That’s insane,” said Dan, who finally got a close-up look at his savior.

“Phoenix” explained his whole super suit, including bullet-proof vest and stab plates, to Dan.

“That’s a Taser night stick. And I have Mace slash tear gas over here,” said Phoenix.

Then it was time for Phoenix to get back out on the streets, maybe not quite a super man, but an extraordinary one.

“I symbolize that the average person doesn’t have to walk around and see bad things and do nothing,” Phoenix told the news station. He explained that he started fighting crime about nine months ago and that it’s dangerous work: he’s been stabbed and had a gun pulled on him a few times.

But he doesn’t recommend this life for everyone: “I don’t condone people walking around on the street with masks. Everyone on my team either has a military background or a mixed martial arts background, and we’re well aware of what its costs to do what we do.”

Local Police department spokesman Jeff Kappel wasn’t as opposed to the vigilantly idea as one might think. “There’s nothing wrong with citizens getting involved with the criminal justice process – as long as they follow it all the way through,” the Daily Mail reports.

UK – detectives admit Political Correctness is a tool that seeks to disenfranchise white girls from getting HELP when gangs recruit them

January 5, 2011

Most of the gangs are “ASIAN”

I believe that thats discriminatory and false against Asians.  One thinks Oriental when one thinks of Asian.  These are quite simply Middle Eastern in origin.

ONLY 5 were NOT Muslim

This is not a Asian problem

This is a MUSLIM problem.  These animals are not Christians.  They are not JEWS.  They are not HINDUS.   They are not CHINESE.  They are not ORIENTAL.  They are at best Middle Eastern, but really they are MUSLIM

The Oriental community should, in my opinion, take this on, because they are being cast in a negative way.  This is a misnomer and an abuse of culture.  The lies of political correctness will start to come out.  If I were in the Oriental community, I would begin to speak out against this incorrect discrimination.

Top detective blasts ‘culture of silence’ that allows Asian sex gangs to groom  white girls… because police and social services fear being branded racist

Last updated at 5:54 PM on 5th January 2011

Police and social services were today accused of fuelling a culture of silence which has allowed hundreds of young white girls to be exploited by Asian men for sex.

New figures suggest that an alarmingly high proportion of prosecutions for on-street grooming of girls aged between 11 and 16 have involved men of Pakistani heritage.

<MUSLIM BACKGROUND- or actively practicing Islam>

Experts claim the statistics represent a mere fraction of a ‘tidal wave’ of offending in counties across the Midlands and the north of England which has been going on for more than a decade.

On-street grooming: CCTV footage shows Mohammed Romaan Liaqat and Abid Mohammed Saddique, who were jailed last year for a string of sexual offences in Derby, cruising the streets in a BMWOn-street grooming: CCTV footage shows Mohammed Romaan Liaqat and Abid Mohammed Saddique, who were jailed last year for a string of sexual offences in Derby, cruising the streets in a BMW

A senior officer at West Mercia police has called for an end to the ‘damaging taboo’ connecting on-street grooming with race.

Chief Inspector Alan Edwards said: ‘These girls are being passed around and used as meat.

‘To stop this type of crime you need to start everyone talking about it but everyone’s been too scared to address the ethnicity factor.

‘No one wants to stand up and say that Pakistani guys in some parts of the country are recruiting young white girls and passing them around their relatives for sex, but we need to stop being worried about the racial complication.’

In a briefing paper, researchers at University College London’s Jill Dando Institute of Security and Crime Science concurred that victims were typically white girls while ‘most central offenders are Pakistani’.

The offenders were not viewed as paedophiles but had picked the girls ‘because of their malleability’.

The report concluded that ‘race is a delicate issue’ that should be ‘handled sensitively but not brushed under the carpet’.

Guilty: Married fathers Mohammed Liaqat (left) and Abid Saddique who were jailed at Leicester Crown Court at the end of last year in one most notorious incidents of grooming young girls

The grooming usually begins with older groups of men befriending girls aged from 11 to 16 they meet on the street.

In a typical scenario, the victim is initially treated as a girlfriend and showered with presents and attention.

But the relationship quickly becomes more sinister as the abuser plies the child with drink and drugs before effectively pimping her out to friends and associates.

The worst cases involve young girls being moved around the country to be repeatedly abused.

Charities and agencies working in conjunction with the police to help victims of sexual abuse in such cases have publicly denied there is a link between ethnicity and the on-street grooming of young girls by gangs and pimps.

Breaking taboos: Chief Inspector Alan Edwards said girls were 'being used as meat'Breaking taboos: Chief Inspector Alan Edwards said girls were ‘being used as meat’

But in 17 court cases since 1997 where groups of men were prosecuted, 53 of the 56 people found guilty were Asian, 50 of them Muslim, while just three were white, according to The Times.

The claims come after five Asian men were jailed in November for a total of 32 years for a string of sexual offences against girls aged between 12 and 16 in Rotherham, South Yorkshire.

The presiding judge Peter Kelson QC, told the men they were ‘sexual predators’, adding: ‘You had what you regarded as your fun. Now you will take your punishment.

‘All five of you were convicted of sexual activity with a child. The clue is in the title: a child.’

Weeks earlier, nine Asian men were jailed for the ‘sustained sexual abuse’ of a privately-educated schoolgirl who was forced into sex slavery aged 14 after being picked up by a gang in Rochdale, greater Manchester.

Mohammed Shafiq, director of the Lancashire-based Ramadhan Foundation, a charity working for peaceful harmony between different communities, said last year: ‘I think the police are overcautious because they are afraid of being branded racist.

‘These men are criminals and should be treated as criminals — whatever their race.’

Former Labour MP Ann Cryer provoked a fierce in 2003 when she said the traditional culture of arranged marriages could have caused a criminal minority of Asian men to target vulnerable young white girls for sex.

The cases of on-street grooming in the UK have borne comparison with incidents in the Netherlands involving young white girl being groomed for prostitution by Moroccan pimps, known as ‘loverboys’.

A tri-nation study in Utrecht in 2005 and 2006 involving Barnardo’s saw a Dutch women’s group attack the ‘double moral standards’ of offenders who ‘guard the chastity of their sisters, but… use other girls for their loverboy practices’.

A project in Blackburn has been established to confront the issue while a report by the Derby safeguarding children board in the wake of the arrests last year said there should be greater consideration of ‘whether the ethnic background and culture of the perpetrators had any bearing on their decision to take part in this activity’.

Mohammed Naim Rashid, 21, was jailed for seven years and Abid Hussain Sadique, 21, for four by Leeds Crown Court in November 1997.

There were 20 victims, some as young as 12, who had been groomed for sex by a ring of private-hire drivers. They were abused in a room above the taxi office.

In a case sparked by the disappearance of Charlene Downes, 14, two illegal immigrants were jailed for the rape of another girl, 16.

Puppy Parmar, 31, was sentenced to seven years and three months while Sandeep Chauhan got six years and five months.

Preston Crown Court heard how the girl and a friend were given alcohol at an Indian restaurant before being taken to an attic and assaulted.  One victim was abused by four men.

Police have never found any trace of Charlene and two men were acquitted of her murder after a jury failed to reach verdicts.

A police inquiry into grooming of girls as young as 12 eventually led to the conviction of Zulfqar Hussain, 46, and Qaiser Naveed, 32.

They targeted two 14-year-olds in the care of social services, plying them with drink an drugs before having sex with them in a BMW and a flat.

The victims were also offered to brothers, uncles and friends for sex.

Both were jailed for five years and eight months on charges including abduction, sexual activity with a child and supplying drugs.

The city’s crown court heard how an inquiry was sparked when a number of girls went missing from home.

One 14-year-old was taken for a car ride before being raped.

Failed Iraqi asylum seeker Ayad Mahmood, 35, and Aziz Sabir Hamed, 24, were both given a ten-year sentence.

Ajmal Afridi, 19, Imitiaz Syed, 20, Tayub Hussain, 19, Mustafa Arshad, 17, and Mohammed Usman Raja, 20, were all jailed for their part in the assault.

The girl was given whisky and possibly sleeping tablets before being raped by Afridi, Syed and Hussain while Arshad took pictures.

She was later found wandering the streets. Raja was jailed for perverting the course of justice.

In one of the most notorious incidents of street grooming to date, nine men were convicted of abusing young girls.

Abid Siddique, 27, Mohammed Liaqat, 28, Mohamed Imran Rehman, 26, Faisal Mehmood, 24, Akshay Kumar, 38, Naweed Liaqat, 33, Farooq Ahmed, 29, Graham Blackham, 26 and Ziafat Yasin, 31, were jailed for their parts in the shocking case.

More than 100 police officers were involved in Operation Retriever, which identified 27 victims, 22 of whom were white.

Siddique and Liaqat targeted their victims on the streets of Derby while driving in a BMW.

They then exchanged number, invited them to parties and fed them drugs and alcohol before handing them to older men for sex.

The abuse, which took place in bushes, cars and houses was filmed for ther men to share.
