Trump birth certificate: asked and answered

Thomas Lifson

Media efforts to ridicule Donald Trump’squestions about President Obama’s birth certificate have backfired. JournOlist memberBen Smith of Politico ridiculed Trump’s release of the birth certificate issued by the hospital where he was born:

The paper that Trump released says “Jamaica Hospital” on top and lists the date and time of what he says was his birth to “Mr. and Mrs. Fred C. Trump.” The piece of paper has a seal at the bottom.

But after several New York City-based readers contacted POLITICO’s Maggie Haberman, her call to city officials revealed that an actual birth certificate, which is issued by the Department of Health, would have the agency’s seal and also a signature of the city registrar – neither of which the Trump document has. Officials said the city Health Department is the “sole issuing authority” of official birth certificates in New York, and that the document would clearly say so, and “city officials said it’s not an official document.”

The Smoking Gun ridiculed Trump, asking, “What Is Donald Trump, Newborn Birther, Trying To Hide From Us? But Trump is having the last laugh, issuing the official New York City version of his birth certificate, telling Newsmax:

“It took me one hour to get my birth certificate. It’s inconceivable that, after four years of questioning,  the president still hasn’t produced his birth certificate. I’m just asking President Obama to show the public his birth certificate. Why’s he making an issue out of this?”

This issue isn’t going away, no matter what tricks Obama partisans in the media deploy, because at itsbase, it is a matter of transparency (and lack thereof). Why should the American public be denied access to basic documentation, including birth records, college records, and the like, that would be required for any job applicant aspiring to a responsible position? The Obama lickspittles in the media have no good answer.

Herman Cain – “I would have to have people totally committed to the Declaration of Independence and the Constitution of this United States.”

March 30, 2011

No one should confuse this patriot CAIN with the the wet tissue McCain, thats for sure.

Herman Cain can be this contraversial in hes remarks because he’s a minority.

This makes it easier for him, but that doesn’t mean that what he says isn’t the truth.  The LEFT is going to DEMONIZE him, but in different ways.  They will call him a traitor and other blacks will say things that are even nastier. Never the less, he’s still able to say these things, and no one will accuse him of the HIGH CRIME AND MISDEMEANOR OF BEING A RACIST

I have heard some about Herman and people like him, so that will be a good thing for him in his election bid?

Herman Cain defends Muslim remark

Republican presidential candidate Herman Cain defended his controversial comments Monday, saying he will note hire a Muslim should he be elected president.

“A reporter asked me would I appoint a Muslim to my administration? I did say no,” Mr. Cain told Fox News Monday. “I would have to have people totally committed to the Declaration of Independence and the Constitution of this United States. And many of the Muslims, they are not totally dedicated to this country.”

Update: Herman Cain Doubles Down on Claim That …, posted with vodpod

Mr. Cain, a longshot candidate for president, told a blogger over the weekend that he would not allow Muslim to serve in his administration, sparking outrage from Muslim community activists and Democrats.

The potential Republican presidential nominee said the reasoning for his decision hinges on Muslim’s commitment to the Constitution. “I don’t have time to be watching someone on my administration if they are not totally committed to the Declaration and the Constitution of the United States and the laws of this country,” Mr. Cain said.

The comment came just hours before Illinois U.S. Senator Dick Durbin held a congressional hearing on Muslim civil rights. The Illinois Democrat’s hearing follows a controversial congressional hearing hosted by Rep. Peter King earlier this month. Mr. King defended the hearing Tuesday, saying he remains concerned about participation from the Muslim community in thwarting potential terrorist attacks.

But this is awesome.

I would gladly take my daughter to Temple if we had this Rabbi

To all you Rabbi’s out there — If you wonder why your congregation is dying, literally and figuratively, it’s because you refuse to LOOK to G-D and the Bible.  YOU are secular.  You are the deceivers of your own people.  You are the rabble that killing the Jews.  Why blame the rabid dog that is an Islamist?  Blame yourselves.  I have gone to ALL the synagogues here in Austin and they are filled with false RABBI’s.  I’m not SUICIDAL .  Thats why you chairs are empty.  No man is suicidal unless they are homicidal.  You wish us dead.  The progressive agenda has seeped into the Temple and has cooked your brains.

Could these two be Elijah and Elisha?

If we only had a thousand more like him.

The Korban Pesach ChallengeWe’ve written before about the visionary Rabbi Chaim Richman, international director of the Temple Institute, and the Institute’s great works. In the hours and days following the murder of the Fogel family in Itamar, Rabbi Richman posted several breaking news items about it on his Facebook page. Yesterday he broadcast an exceptionally insightful and poignant episode of his weekly “Temple Talk” show, on Israel National Radio. yesterday. Commenting to his distinguished co-host, Yitzchak Reuven at 36:14 of the broadcast, Rabbi Richman noted:“What happened in Itamar, to call them animals is not productive…Here, I’ll talk like the leftists talk: ‘Palestinians that were created in God’s image came and massacred babies.’ My point is, if you think that this was an isolated incident, if you think that these were lone wolves that acted, or even if you think that this is a product of the incitement by the P.A., all of those are not answers, all of those are inaccurate and insufficient. No, no, no, that’s not the point. The point is: this is exactly what is the spirit and the essence of Islam. And we know that very, very well.”

Thank you and well said, Rabbi.

Where are the rabbis in America willing to point out the problems in the Islamic ideology? Where have they been since 2001? Too busy sitting down with glaring imams at mutual respect events at the synagogue? Or raising money for Barack Haman Obama?

Illinois – Berkeley – Muslim fired for seeking Religious PRIVILEGE and the JUSTICE DEPARTMENT seeks to ESTABLISH ISLAM as America’s religious doctrine

March 24, 2011

She should have made her decision prior to the start of the year.  She should sub for that year, when time comes for hajj, then there wouldn’t be any problems to take time off.

Hajj is required for those are ABLE to make it.That means both financially and regarding any other issues.  So, it’s a LIE or (takiyyah / Taqiyya,) to say that it’s a MUST obligation.

Burqa clad female uses taqiyah lies ( taqiyya, takiyah, takiyya, takiya) to accuse officer of being RACIST. Carnita Matthews sentenced to 6 months for lies.

This administration is catering to the Muslims.  They are in essence not adhering to the Religious Establishment clause.  They are setting Muslims up as a privileged Religion.  THAT is not constitutional.

Why is it that it’s been 2 or 3 days since this came out and this is NOT a bigger story?

Where are all the LIBERALS and even the Progressives?  To defend us against this RELIGIOUS tyranny?

They even admit that they are “reaching out” on purpose. This administration is as corrupt as they can be.

How outrageous that the Justice Department should be pursuing this.

Would any Muslim country allow this if it was regarding Judaism?  Then, this is completely unacceptable.  America has decided that it would bow to Shariah?  What did the forefathers create this country for? Islam is not inclusive.  To close ones eyes to that fact is TREASONOUS to this country, because it posses a threat.  Islam is EXCLUSIVE and if it is allowed to do this, then the rest of the RELIGIONS will be extinguished one way or another.  To choose Islam is to choose EXCLUSIVITY.  THAT IS NOT AMERICAN

U.S. lawsuit backs teacher denied leave for hajj

Jerry Markon, Washington Post

(03-23) 04:00 PDT Berkeley, Ill.

Safoorah Khan had taught middle school math for only nine months in this tiny Chicago suburb when she made an unusual request. She wanted three weeks off for a pilgrimage to Mecca.

The school district, faced with losing its only math lab instructor during the end-of-semester marking period, said no. Khan, a devout Muslim, resigned and made the trip anyway.

Justice Department lawyers examined the same set of facts and reached a different conclusion – that the school district’s decision amounted to outright discrimination against Khan. They filed an unusual lawsuit, accusing the district of violating her civil rights by forcing her to choose between her job and her faith.

As the case moves forward in federal court in Chicago, it has triggered debate over whether the Justice Department was following a purely legal path or whether suing on Khan’s behalf was part of a broader Obama administration campaign to reach out to Muslims.

The decision to take on a small-town school board has drawn criticism from conservatives and Berkeley officials, who say the government should not stand behind a teacher who wanted to leave her students.

The lawsuit may test the boundaries of how far employers must go to accommodate workers’ religious practices – a key issue as the nation grows more multicultural and the Muslim population increases.

But it also raises legal questions. Experts say the government may have difficulty prevailing because the 19-day leave Khan requested goes beyond what courts have considered.

“It sounds like a very dubious judgment and a real legal reach,” said Michael Mukasey, who was attorney general during the George W. Bush administration.

His successors in the Obama administration say they are upholding a sacred principle – the right of every American to be free of religious bias in the workplace.

“This was a profoundly personal request by a person of faith,” said Tom Perez, assistant attorney general for civil rights, who compared the case to protecting “the religious liberty that our forefathers came to this country for.”

Berkeley, a blue-collar village west of Chicago with about 5,000 people, rail yards, strip malls and ranch-style homes, is majority African American and Hispanic, and about 75 percent of its voters cast their ballots for Barack Obama.

Khan, 29, was happy in the job, said her lawyer, Kamran Memon. But she longed to make the hajj, one of the five pillars of the Islamic faith, which Muslims are obligated to do once. It would not have fallen on her summer break for about nine years.

In August 2008, Khan requested an unpaid leave for the first three weeks of December that year. The district said the leave was unrelated to Khan’s job, according to court documents. Khan resigned in a letter to the school board.

In November 2008, Khan filed a religious discrimination charge with the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, which found cause for discrimination and referred the case to the Justice Department.

Justice lawyers sued in December. The suit argued that the district violated the Civil Rights Act by failing to accommodate Khan’s religious beliefs. By “compelling” Khan to choose between her job and religion, the lawsuit says, the district forced her discharge.

A trial date has not been set. Berkeley school officials declined to comment but said in court papers that Khan’s request would have imposed an “undue hardship.”

Egypt – Things are NOT what they seem – This “peoples” revolution is a MILITARY COUP

February 13, 2011

The Muslim Brotherhood is not a EGYPT problem.  This is going on ALL over the World.  This is funded by the Islamist’s.  The enemy of my enemy is my friend.  They support each other until there are only the two factions of Islam.  Divide and concur.

They infiltrate the public and kids are the most influential.  They infuse the ideology and then they portend that it’s an INDEPENDENT rise.  These ideas were not formed in a petri dish.  They are using the social and cultural bias’ and negative arguments to pit one group of people against another.  The communists learned well from the Muslims.  But not well enough.

The Soros and Buffet team are helping to promulgate the effects.  The reason is that they stand to profit by shorting the establishment.   They KNOW whats coming, because they assisted in it.  They LOOK like fortune tellers, but they are WIZARDS looking to profit from their magic.  These men and groups are NOT aligned to any country.  They are their own countries.  A dictatorship has no barring to them.  Yet, even these men (groups) can be removed. But that still OK, because they are removed only from the center stage.  They play sometimes even bigger roles AFTER.  An example, CARTER, Kennedy, and BIDEN.  YES, Biden.  He has been around a LONG time.  There is a reason.  And so, many players are removed, only to re-emerge a few short years later:  The Ayatollah.

The Muslim Brotherhood has infiltrated more governments than necessary for a complete submission.  The only thing left is to push the right pieces so that the Dominoes fall AS PLANNED.

Analysis: Military coup was behind Mubarak’s exit

CAIRO (AP) – It was the people who forced President Hosni Mubarak from power, but it is the generals who are in charge now. Egypt’s 18-day uprising produced a military coup that crept into being over many days – its seeds planted early in the crisis by Mubarak himself.

Ahmed Orabi Pasha, Egyptian general and rebel, 1900. Ahmed Orabi was an Egyptian general who rebelled against the rule of the khedive and European domination of Egypt in 1879 in what came to be known as the Orabi Revolt. Fearing that Egypt under Orabi might default on loans and close the Suez Canal, the British invaded in 1883. Orabi was captured after his army was defeated at the Battle of Tel al-Kebir. The khedive sentenced him to death, but under British pressure the sentence was commuted and he was exiled to Ceylon for the rest of his life. <Mubarak was all about getting along with the WEST.  Egyptians, have always, rebeled against the WEST.  The coup is not for the PEOPLE.  That is an ILLUSION.  The generals have too much at stake.  The US has too much at stake.  Someone SOLD someone out.  And you can bet that someone is right here in the US.>

Army troops backed by tanks and armored fighting vehicles were given a hero’s welcome by the protesters angry over brutal treatment by the police. The goodwill was reciprocated when the military vowed not to use force against protesters, a move that set them apart from the much-hated police who operated with near impunity under Mubarak.

<The military of EGYPT and the popular culture has been infiltrated with propaganda and pysops of the most advanced style.  The Muslims have practiced this for centuries.  The only thing that they needed was a stage.  >

Egypt's Burullus Gas Company – the joint venture between BG Group, Petronas and the Egyptian General Petroleum Corporation– has awarded Technip an EPIC deal for an extension to the West Delta Deep Marine gas project in the Mediterranean Sea.

The generals adopted a go-slow approach, offering Egyptians carefully weighed hints that it was calling the shots. They issued statements describing the protesters’ demands as “legitimate” and made halfhearted calls on the demonstrators to go home and allow normal life to resume.

Rather than quit the protests, the demonstrators turned out in ever greater numbers. Mubarak offered one concession after another, but they all fell short of the protesters’ demands that he immediately leave.

<The Muslim Brotherhood’s CULTURAL influence. >

The military was clearly torn between its loyalty to the regime and the millions of protesters. Mubarak is one of their own, a former air force commander and a hero of the 1973 Arab-Israeli war.

But as the president continued to defy the growing crowds and cling to power, the Egyptian army moved more definitively toward seizing control for the first time in some 60 years.

Thursday brought the surprise announcement that the armed forces’ highest executive body, the Supreme Council of the Armed Forces, was in “permanent session” – meaning that it was on a war footing.

State TV showed Defense Minister Hussein Tantawi presiding over a table seating some two dozen stern faced generals in combat fatigues – but no sign of commander in chief Mubarak. His newly appointed vice president, former army general and intelligence chief Omar Suleiman, was not there either – indicating a rift between the civilian and military leadership.

Egyptian Defense Minister Mohamed Hussein Tantawi (R) listens to his visiting Israeli counterpart Ehud Barak at the start of their meeting December 26, 2007 in the Red Sea resort of Sharm el-Sheikh, Egypt.--------------------> The Muslim Brotherhood would never accept this guy, because he is PRO WEST. The Muslim Brotherhood has propagandized the Egyptians into believing all things west are of CORRUPTION

A statement, tellingly referred to as “communique number 1” – phrasing that in the Arab world suggests a coup – made no mention of Mubarak or Suleiman.

The council, it said, met to “discuss what measures and arrangements could be taken to safeguard the homeland and its achievements and the aspirations of the great Egyptian people.”

Translation: The generals are in charge, not Mubarak, not Suleiman nor the Cabinet.

The communique set the stage for what the crowds of demonstrators expected would be Mubarak’s resignation Thursday night. Instead, Mubarak announced he would stay in office and hand over power to Suleiman, who told protesters to go home and stop watching foreign news reports.

The protesters were furious – and so were the generals.

“Both of last night’s addresses by Mubarak and Suleiman were in defiance of the armed forces,” Maj. Gen. Safwat el-Zayat, a former senior official of Egypt’s General Intelligence, told al-Ahram Online, the Internet edition of Egypt’s leading daily, on Friday.

Protest leaders pleaded for the military to take over after Mubarak’s speech, saying the country would explode until the army intervened.

<Prompted by the supporters of the Muslim Brotherhood.  I’m sure.  I don’t have any facts, but if one digs deep enough, I bet that one would see the hand of the Muslim Brotherhood all over it.  The reason is in the Egyptian people themselves.  They believe that SHARIAH will be fair in handing out the sentences of their extreme brutality.  What they have not been told is that the FAIRNESS is very short lived. >

If Mubarak had stepped down, handing Suleiman his presidential powers in line with the constitution would have kept his regime largely intact after he had gone, something that would have left the protesters unhappy.

In contrast, a military coup would provide a clean break with a regime they hated for so long, opening up a wide range of possibilities – suspending the constitution that many protesters saw as tailored to keep Mubarak in office and dissolving a parliament formed by an election marred by widespread fraud. A coup seemed to be the best way forward.

The first official word the protesters received from the generals on Friday, however, was discouraging.

A second military communique contained what appeared to be a reluctant endorsement of Mubarak’s blueprint for a way out of the crisis, though it also projected the military as the ultimate guarantor of the country’s highest interests. El-Zayat said the language in the statement was an attempt to avoid an open conflict.

Later Friday, with millions out on the streets demanding that he step down, Mubarak finally did just that. He may have been denied the chance to announce his own departure – say goodbye to the people he had ruled for nearly 30 years. Suleiman announced the decision for him.

Alternatively, he may have not wanted to go on television to say he was stepping down after less than 24 hours after insisting to serve out the remaining seven months of his current term.

It was a humiliating end.

Keeping up appearances, The military later issued a third military statement praising Mubarak as a leader who has done much to his country. It hinted that the military would not be in power for long, saying the armed forces were not a substitute for a legitimate administration. But it gave no clue as to what its plans are.

“The truth is that even the senior military now at the top of the power structure under Mubarak almost certainly have no clear idea of what happens next,” Anthony Cordesman of the Washington-based Center for Strategic and International Studies, wrote in a commentary on Thursday. “It will be days before anyone know how well the transition will function, who goes and who stays, and how stable the result really is.”

<The result of the ENEMY with in.  The Muslim Brotherhood has planted the seeds in many gardens.  The trick for them will be how to cultivate the fruit simultaneously.  They how to create a HUSBANDRY effective in many different landscapes. >

Hendawi is the AP chief of bureau in Cairo.
