Pistole says that there would be no exceptions for Religion or anything else about “don’t touch my junk” at airport, but Janet Napolitano says that Muslims may have special privileges

updated from –

Enhanced Pat Downs at airports passed due to Muslims outcry of Racial Profiling are now refusing the Pat downs as well, due to Religious Requirements, yet YOU are still subject to the RIDICULE

Janet Napolitano is lying on many different levels:

1.  Radiation is low level

2. The pat downs were non – invasive (they don’t perform a full cavity search).  Even inmates in jail have more rights.

3. There is no other way to detect terrorism.  Israel and other countries have proved that is a COMPLETE lie.

4.  Janet says that they are willing Exempt MUSLIMS FROM BODY SCANS AND PAT DOWNS:

Napolitano to exempt some muslims from body scans; defends their use for everyone else:

Facing mounting criticism and pushback from fliers over increasingly invasive procedures to ostensibly protect U.S. travelers, Janet Napolitano is defending the use of body scans or body pat downs for all travelers – except for some Muslims. The use of body scans or body pat downs applies to passengers and pilots alike, but not for Muslim women, who would be exempted from the full procedure and require only alimited pat down in the head and neck area, or optionally a self pat-down in the head and neck area.

If non-Muslim women want to avoid the intrusive scanning and pat-down procedures, could they simply declare themselves Muslim?

Here’s an idea that the TSA might like: increase the scanning intensity or add cavity searches for non-Muslim-women; maybe that would help make up for the plastic explosives or other dangerous items hiding beneath Muslim women’s burqas. However by no means should TSA use intelligence, as Israel does, to keep travelers safe. That might offend someone.

How logical is the above assault?

Napolitano says that she will consider exempting the very people that CAUSED the Terroism.

She need to be investigated for TREASON!  Dereliction of duty is only one thing that we can easily confirm her guilt in.

The CZARS are UNCONSTITUTIONAL

This is FAR FROM JUSTICE

Institutional POLITICAL CORRECTNESS is a PROPAGANDA tool of this government and is the opposite of LIBERTY.  This is SEDITION AND UNCONSTITUTIONAL

No exemption from scans, pat-downs:

Those who refuse won’t fly, TSA says

Airline passengers won’t be able to avoid body-imaging screenings or pat-downs because of religious beliefs, the Transportation Security Administration says.

TSA chief John Pistole told the Senate Homeland Security Committee yesterday that passengers who refuse to go through a full-body scanner machine and reject a pat-down won’t be allowed to board.

“That person is not going to get on an airplane,’’ Pistole said in response to a question from Senator John Ensign, Republican of Nevada, on whether the TSA would provide religious exemptions.

Civil rights groups contend the more intensive screening violates civil liberties, including freedom of religion, the right to privacy, and the constitutional protection against unreasonable searches.

The issue is getting new attention after a man posted an item online saying he was thrown out of the San Diego airport for rejecting a full-body scan and pat-down groin check. The newest scanners are under attack because they show graphic images of unclothed bodies to screeners who remotely monitor the machines.

The Electronic Privacy Information Center is among several civil liberties groups suing the TSA to stop use of full-body scanners, which are used at Logan International Airport in Boston and numerous other airports.

The lawsuit says the machines are overly intrusive and that it is questionable whether they can detect powdered explosives such as those used by a passenger in last year’s attempted Christmas bombing. They also question whether the machines pose a health risk.

“There’s a very strong sense right now that the public attitude on the airport body scanner program has swung dramatically,’’ said Marc Rotenberg, director of the Electronic Privacy Information Center. There is growing opposition from civil rights groups, religious organizations, libertarians, airline passengers, and pilots, he said.

The center is urging air travelers to take part in a national opt-out day the day before Thanksgiving, refusing to go through full-body detectors and insisting that any pat-down take place in full view of other passengers.

Pistole said the tougher screening is necessary, and that the FDA has found the imaging machines to be safe.

Pat-downs are part of a “proper mix’’ of measures to prevent a repeat of last year’s Christmas Day episode, Pistole said told the panel. “It is clear we have to be one step ahead of the terrorists.’’

Asked if pat-downs would have found explosives in the pants of the Nigerian who tried to blow up a Northwest Airlines flight Dec. 25, Pistole said yes.

Separately, the TSA said it has modified pat-down procedures for children 12 and younger, “after hearing concerns from parents.’’
